For specific questions about insurance providers, billing transparency, financial assistance, or to get an estimate of charges for self-pay or based on individual health plans, deductibles, and out of pocket costs, please call 912-638-1999 and request to speak to our business office. They are available Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with exceptions on some holidays.

If you have received a notification that your claim has not been paid due to a Coordination of Benefits Questionnaire, click on that insurance provider in the list below, complete the questionnaire and return it to us directly.

Billing Transparency
If you prefer, you may pay your bill online.
- Services may be provided in the hospital by the facility as well as by other health care practitioners who may separately bill the patient;
- Health care practitioners who provide services in the hospital may or may not participate with the same health insurers or health maintenance organizations as the hospital; and
- Prospective patients should contact the health care practitioner who will provide services in the hospital to determine which health insurers and health maintenance organizations the practitioner participates in as a network provider or preferred provider.
- You or your insurance company may receive a separate bill in addition to the hospital’s bill for any of the following services you may receive while at the hospital: your attending physician (including your attending psychiatrist), consults or second opinions ordered by your attending physician, internal medicine physician, anesthesiologist and ambulance services.
Financial Assistance
To receive financial assistance related to the care you received at Saint Simons you must complete a Financial Disclosure Form in its entirety, providing accurate and detailed financial information. The necessary documentation to support this disclosure must also be submitted in a timely manner for review. Please be advised that the completion of this form does not guarantee the granting of financial assistance.
